Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the NobleIntelHub website (https://www.nobleintelhub.com.ng/) and its associated services.

By accessing or using the services provided by NobleIntelHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NobleIntelHub. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Services

NobleIntelHub provides an integrated platform offering two distinct categories of services:

1. Assisting and booking flights and hotel accommodations (Travel Services).
2. Facilitating the buying and selling of physical gold and precious metals (Metals Services).

Your engagement with either or both services is contingent upon your agreement and compliance with these entire Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility, Account Registration, and Obligations

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a contract to use our services.
• Account Information: You guarantee that all information provided during registration (including identity and contact details) is truthful, accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account details as necessary.
• Security: You are responsible for all activities conducted under your password and account. You must immediately notify NobleIntelHub of any unauthorized use or security breach. NobleIntelHub is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3. General Platform Use and Intellectual Property

• License: NobleIntelHub grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for the sole purpose of using the Travel and Metals Services as intended.
• Restrictions: You agree not to use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to hacking, data scraping, or distributing malware.
• Ownership: All original content, features, functionality, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property found on NobleIntelHub belong exclusively to NobleIntelHub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Specific Terms Governing Travel Services (Flights and Hotels)

4.1. Role of NobleIntelHub

NobleIntelHub operates strictly as an independent intermediary or booking agent. We facilitate the transaction between you and the third-party providers (airlines, hotels, booking engines) but do not own, manage, or control the travel services themselves.

4.2. Third-Party Supplier Terms

• All bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, policies, and liability limitations of the respective travel supplier (airline, hotel).
• It is your responsibility to read and comply with all supplier policies, including those related to baggage, check-in, check-out times, and service quality.

4.3. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

• Any changes, cancellations, or refund requests must be processed in accordance with the specific policies of the travel supplier.
• NobleIntelHub will apply reasonable efforts to assist in processing requests, but we cannot guarantee the outcome. Our standard administrative fee (if applicable) for facilitating the booking or cancellation is non-refundable.

4.4. Travel Documentation

You bear the sole responsibility for possessing all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, transit permits, and adherence to health and entry requirements of all countries in your itinerary.

5. Specific Terms Governing Metals Services (Gold and Precious Metals)

5.1. No Fiduciary or Investment Advice

NOBLEINTELHUB DOES NOT OFFER INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. We provide a technology platform for facilitating peer-to-peer or direct transactions of physical precious metals. All decisions to buy or sell are solely yours, and you acknowledge the inherent risk and price volatility associated with precious metals markets.

5.2. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

• All users engaging in Metals Services must comply with our mandatory KYC verification procedures, providing necessary documentation (e.g., government-issued ID, proof of address) to confirm identity.
• NobleIntelHub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, suspend, or terminate any user account or transaction if we suspect any breach of these Terms, fraud, or violation of AML regulations.

5.3. Transaction Finality and Pricing

• Orders to buy or sell metals are final and non-reversible once executed by the platform.
• The transaction price is based on the current live market price at the time of execution, plus any stated commission or premium. You acknowledge that metal prices change constantly and NobleIntelHub is not responsible for price movements post-execution.

5.4. Liability for Physical Assets

NobleIntelHub is responsible for ensuring the secure transfer of ownership and coordinating logistics up to the point of confirmed delivery to the buyer or the designated vaulting facility. After this confirmed delivery, NobleIntelHub assumes no liability for loss, theft, damage, or insufficient insurance coverage for the physical metals.

6. Financial Provisions

• Fees: You agree to pay all charges, fees, and taxes applicable to your use of the services, which will be clearly disclosed prior to transaction confirmation (for both Travel and Metals).
• Payment: By submitting a payment, you warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method and authorize NobleIntelHub to charge the full transaction amount.
• Currency: All transactions conducted on https://www.nobleintelhub.com.ng/ are primarily processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or the applicable currency as displayed on the platform.

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

NOBLEINTELHUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NobleIntelHub makes no warranty that:

1. The Travel Services will meet your expectations or be error-free.
2. The Metals Services will result in profitable investments.
3. The website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOBLEINTELHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

1. Your inability to use the Travel or Metals Services.
2. Errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party suppliers (e.g., airline cancellations).
3. The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
4. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NOBLEINTELHUB’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NOBLEINTELHUB FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NobleIntelHub, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your breach of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Nigeria.

11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

NobleIntelHub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the last revision at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
