Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the NobleIntelHub website (https://www.nobleintelhub.com.ng/) and its associated services.

By accessing or using the services provided by NobleIntelHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NobleIntelHub. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

NobleIntelHub provides a platform for:

1. Assisting and booking hotel accommodations (Travel Services).
2. Facilitating the buying and selling of physical gold and precious metals (Metals Services).

Your use of the services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

• Eligibility: To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information to maintain its accuracy.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. NobleIntelHub cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account.

3. General Platform Conditions

• License to Use: NobleIntelHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
• Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, or to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) on NobleIntelHub are owned by NobleIntelHub, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Specific Terms for Travel Services (Flights & Hotels)

4.1. Agency Relationship

NobleIntelHub acts solely as an intermediary (agent) between you and the third-party travel providers (hotels, booking systems).

4.2. Pricing and Availability

• Prices and availability for hotels are provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for in full.
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all listed prices or availability will be honored by the third-party supplier.

4.3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

• All bookings made through NobleIntelHub are subject to the specific terms and conditions, cancellation, and refund policies of the respective hotel provider.
• It is your responsibility to review the supplier’s terms before completing a booking.
• NobleIntelHub’s service fee (if any) is generally non-refundable.
• We will assist you in processing any eligible refunds from the travel provider, but the final decision rests with the provider.

4.4. Documentation and Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all traveling companions meet all passport, visa, health, and other entry requirements for any country of transit or destination.

5. Specific Terms for Metals Services (Buying and Selling Gold & Precious Metals)

5.1. No Investment Advice

NobleIntelHub is a facilitation platform and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information provided on the platform, including market data, is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of any information or services provided.

5.2. Identity Verification (KYC/AML)

• To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, NobleIntelHub requires all users engaging in Metals Services to complete a strict identity verification process.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and freeze any pending transactions if we cannot verify your identity or suspect fraudulent activity.

5.3. Transaction Execution

• When you place an order to buy or sell precious metals, that order is considered final upon confirmation.
• Prices for precious metals are volatile and fluctuate based on global market forces. The final price of your transaction is the prevailing market price at the moment your order is executed, plus any applicable fees.

5.4. Ownership and Storage

• For physical metals, the transfer of legal title and risk of loss passes to the buyer upon completion of the transaction and confirmation of receipt by the designated storage/vaulting facility or logistics provider.
• NobleIntelHub is not responsible for the physical security or insurance of the metals once they are delivered to the buyer or a third-party storage facility chosen by the buyer.

6. Fees and Payment

• Service Fees: NobleIntelHub may charge service, transaction, or facilitation fees for both Travel Services and Metals Services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you confirm a booking or execute a trade.
• Payment Authorization: By providing payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total cost of your services (including taxes and fees).

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NOBLEINTELHUB, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

NobleIntelHub’s liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to NobleIntelHub for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NobleIntelHub and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access to the service, by you or any person using your account and password.
• A breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Nigeria to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
